Shrimp Fried Rice


INGREDIENTS:

3 (3 1/2-ounce) bags boil-in-bag long-grain rice


1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas Cooking spray 2 large eggs, lightly beaten


1 tablespoon canola oil


1 cup chopped green onions


1 tablespoon bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)


12 ounces medium shrimp, peeled and deveined


2 tablespoons rice vinegar


2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce


1 teaspoon dark sesame oil


1/4 teaspoon salt


PREPARATION:

Add onions and ginger to container; sauté 1 moment. Add shrimp to container; sauté 2 minutes or until shrimp are finished.Stage 3 Add shrimp combination and eggs to rice blend; mix well. 

Consolidate vinegar and the leftover fixings, mixing great. Shower vinegar blend over rice combination; mix well.1
