2 lbs Oxtails

1/2 cup Onions diced or sliced

1/2 cup Bell Pepper diced or sliced

2 Diced up Garlic Cloves -about 3 Tbs of Tony Chachers or Old Bay Seasoning

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

3/4 cup Flour

1/4 cup Olive Oilun -Oil oil (preferably Pam Cooking Spray)

2 lbs of chicken broth

Take the meat and season each piece with the Tony Chachers or Old Bay flavoring, Onion Powder and Paprika. Presently stir meat up until the flavors are all splashed into the meat.
