ingredients :
°1 1/3 cups warm water (105°F)
°1/4 cup fat-free dry milk
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°4 cups of flour
°1 tablespoon sugar
°1 package dry yeast
°2 tsp vegetable oil (for dough)
°9 ounces vegetable oil (3 ounces per frying pan)
°Butter cook spray
°sauce
°1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
°1 teaspoon dry thyme
°1/2 teaspoon of marjoram
°1/2 teaspoon dry basil
°1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Methods :
Dough: Place yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large (2-quart) bowl. Adding water also stirring blend well. Allow to sit for 2 min. Adding oil & stirring again. Add the flour and stir until a dough forms and the flour is absorbed.
Turn the dough onto a flat surface and knead for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into three balls. In three 9 cake pans, put 3 ounces of oil in each, making sure to distribute it evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball into a circle of 9. Place in cake pans.
Spray the outer edge of the dough with cooking spray. with cover plate. Put it in a warm area and let it rise for an hour to an hour and a half.
Sauce: Mix the ingredients and leave for an hour.
For each nine-inch pizza: Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Spoon 1/3 cup sauce over the dough and spread it around 1 from the edge. Spread 1 1/2 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Lay the toppings of your choice in the following order: pepperoni or ham, vegetables, meat (cooked sausage or beef), and top with 3 ounces mozzarella.
Cook until the cheese is soft and the outer crust is brown.
