Preheat oven to 350*
Fry the minced meat in a large frying pan
Add the taco seasoning and simmer for a few minutes
Add the enchilada sauce, refried beans, corn and a small can of green pepper

Ingredients
250g flour (2 cups)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of sugar
115g butter (1/2 cup)
1 pinch of salt

ml buttermilk/buttermilk (3/4 cup) – can be replaced by fermented milk

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
take a bowl
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar
Add the butter and make a crumble dough
Add buttermilk
Place the dough on a floured work surface
Work the dough for 2 minutes
Put the dough on a baking sheet
Roll it out so that the dough is 15 cm by 15 cm (6×6 inches)
Cut into 12 equal parts – Do not tear them apart
Bake for 15 minutes (check with the tip of a knife)
Separate cookies and serve warm
