Fried-chicken



INGREDIENTS:

°1 kilo chicken thighs (or any part you like)

°1 kilo of flour

°1 kilo of breadcrumbs

°5 eggs

°salt and pepper

°oil (for frying)

PREPARATION:

Wash the chicken, add the salt and pepper marinade for 10 minutes.

2. Put the flour and breadcrumbs in a different bowl

3. Beat 5 eggs and put away

4. Heat the oil in a wok

5. Chicken somewhere down in the egg

6. Roll in flour

7.Deep in the bud once more

8. Roll in breadcrumbs

9. Sear the chicken until brilliant brown

10.When chicken is now cook, put on plate with a tissue to dried overabundance oil
