or 8 chicken legs

cup yogurt

tbsp ginger garlic paste

or 4 green chillies

sprigs curry leaves

medium sized onion
salt
as per taste

tbsp red chilli powder

tsp black pepper

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp chili garlic sauce
4-5
tbsp oil

tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Step
1
take
salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chili garlic sauce, ginger garlic
paste, slit green chilies, chopped curry leaves, yogurt, lemon juice into a
mixing bowl and mix well.
Step

add
the chicken legs and coat them well with the marinade. keep the marinade in the
refrigerator for 7-8 hours or overnight

add
fried onion paste mix well and leave for 15 minutes. heat oil in a pan.put the
chicken legs marinade and fry for 3-5 minutes. flip all the pieces,cover and
cook for 20-15 minutes on medium heat(if using non-stick pan).flip them in
between.
