stovetop cooking
In
a frying pan, heat a little oil over medium-high heat.
Cook
the cauliflower steak until browned, 5 to 6 minutes per side. Add curry powder
and salt to taste. Serve crunchy with fish, pork, or poultry.
Served
with tomato, olive and labneh sauce.
For
cooking in the oven
Heat
the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season
the oil with curry and salt and place on a baking tray covered with baking
paper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until nicely browned with a crunchy
texture.
