and pepper to taste.

oil.
INSTRUCTIONS :
STEP
1:
Brown
ground beef in a nonstick skillet and breaking it apart with a wooden spoon as
it cooks.
STEP
2:
in
a large skillet, combine diced onion, tomato sauce, garlic, chili, salt, pepper,
and cumin, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
STEP
3:
On
each tortilla, spoon about 1/3 cup of this cooked mixture, fold in both sides,
and roll-up.
STEP
4:
Using
a deep fat fryer, heat vegetable oil, and fry the chimichangas until browned,
remove them and sprinkle with cheese.

5:
Serve it with the sauce
